Frownies Review + Giveaway Part 1

Frownies were created in 1889 after Margaret Kroesen discovered that her daughter Alice, a concert pianist, had developed unsightly wrinkles and frown lines. With a desire to maintain her youthful beauty and stage presence, Mrs. Kroesen created Wrinkle Eradicators (as they were first called) by employing the basic principle of fitness to the muscles of the face. At the time, there was no thought of producing them for anyone else but herself and her daughter. But Alice, after using her mother’s amazing invention, was a living testimony, and it became clear that women and men everywhere could benefit from these Wrinkle Eradicators. Watch the below video to learn more about this company.

This week I will be reviewing numerous items from Frownies followed by an amazing giveaway.

Clean and Detoxify Skin Wash Treatment is the first item I tried out. I love face cleansers, and this was no exception. A concentrated soap-free glycolic wash that gently but deeply cleans the skin of imbedded oil, wax and trapped pollution build-up. The best in sensitive skin products, this unique wash is gentle, certainly, but it's also powerful for those of you who need products for oily skin, or blemished skin. Contains the calming freshness of lavender essential oil and the cleaning power of soapwort and soap yucca to detoxify, balance, and clean the skin's surface without soap and detergent dryness. This product is good to use before using any of Frownie's other products. I used it day and night and was very pleased with the fresh feeling left on my face.

Ingredients Include:

the calming freshness of lavender essential oil and the cleaning power of soapwort and soap yucca to detoxify, balance, and clean the skin's surface without soap and detergent dryness.

This cleanser retails for $18.95 and should last you a good amount of time.

The Frownies Immune Shield Serum was sooo useful to my current skin problem. Lately with the weather change, I've developed dry skin around my lips, and they have also become incredibly chapped. This serum is 40% whole active Vitamin E with 17 amino acids. When i went to the doctor for this health concern, the doctor said i was probably lacking Vitamin E, so this was perfect for my dryness. I am also suffering from an immune disorder that the doctors have yet to figure out, however this immune shield is helping with the skin problems I have been having, mostly around my mouth.

It helps protect against free radical damage with powerful anti-oxidants
use to dry up blemishes
Calm skin irritation after sun exposure
hydrate lips and lip lines

This product can be used after too much exposure to the sun, or for irritated areas after surgery or dry skin patches. When I applied this to my dry skin and lip area, the next day it felt almost 100 percent better. After visiting Walgreens and other drug stores, spending tons of money on creams, this is what I was needing the entire time! I highly recommend this product if you have dry skin or chapped lips.

Frownies has helped me in more ways then one, this is only the first part of my review. Please stay tuned, more to come! Plus an amazing giveaway you won't want to miss out on!
