Lumiere Cosmetics Review

Lumiere Cosmetics is a company specializing in mineral makeup. They have a large beauty bar with tons of fabulous products including eye pigments, gel liners, cream shadows, mineral foundations and more. I was sent a couple products for review. At first glance, the shadows and pigments are packed full of glitter which always excites me.

The Pink Shimmer Eye Pigment ($8) was my favorite out of the haul. You all know I'm obsessed with pink, and I love eye pigments. Truthfully, I'm almost out of this and I just got it last week. This can be used over any eyeshadow to create a nice sparkle.

I'm not a big fan of wearing blush. I think it can make you look a little too over done, and if you dont select the perfect color it just won't look right. The Delicate Pink Mineral Blush ($12) is more of a bronzed/blush color, so this worked out great for me. Applied around my jawline and around my forehead, it gave me a nice bronzed color.

Lavender Sparkle Eye Pigment, This a sample size which will get probably about 10-15 uses out of. The sample sell for $5.00, or you can get a large pot for $8.00 It packs a powerfule sparkle, and can be used alone or layered with other Lumiere shadows. I'm usually not a fan of Lavender, but this is a beautiful color.

The Light Medium Neutral Mineral Foundation sells for $12 for a large jar (12 gm) or get a XX large tub for ($18) I am in love with this product. Not only is a great color and matched my skin tone perfectly, it has some sort of finishing look to it as well. Usually I put a little bit of finishing powder on top of my mineral makeup, but with this I didn't need any other skin cover up. I think this is great for someone that wants to cover up flaws on their face.

Pink Shimmer Eye Pigment, Lavender Sparkle Eye Shimmier, Delicate Pink Mineral Blush, Light Medium Neutral Foundation

As you can see from my pigment swatches, (pink shimmer, lavender) there's a ton of sparkle, and a little goes a long way. This pigment is giving MAC a run for it's money!

I thought showing the colors on my fingers showed a different aspect of all the products I sampled. Pink Shimmer, Lavender Sparkle, Delicate Pink Blush and the Light Medium Foundation. Which one are you loving? ♥

Here's the Lumiere Cosmetics Pink Quartz Lip Gloss. I really like the color, not too dark, not too light. I might have to buy this in a full size.

Overall, I love the prices, and the product. Lumiere Cosmetics is a great alternative to high end cosmetic companies, at a fraction of the cost. I'm giving Lumiere an A. I'm left wanting more, and wanting to sample a few more colors and glosses. If nothing else, the eye pigments are a must have for any cosmetic junkie.

You can purchase anything shown above, and tons more at Lumiere Cosmetics.com

I was sent these products for review from a PR rep working with Lumiere Cosmetics.
