Cake Desserted Island Velveteen Made Hand Creme

I love love the smell of a sugary delicious vanilla frosting cake. It's funny, I can't stand eating cake! I've always been a huge fan of all food smelling products no matter what it is. That's why I'm obsessed with Cake Beauty products.

Cake sent me their Desserted Island Velveteen Hand Creme 3.4 fl oz ($16) a rich luxurious silky hand moisturizer that absorbs quickly into the skin, and leaves it feeling smooth and soft. The scent is listed as Tahitian vanilla and fresh coconut. I smell vanilla whipped frosting with a hint of marshmallow. There is a little bit of coconut but nothing too strong. Keep in mind, I'm not a coconut fan, I AM a fan of this!

The smell is not overpowering, it's a light fragrance that slowly fades once rubbed into the hands. This is labeled as a "hand creme" but I liked it on my feet as well. The formula is not sticky or gooey, it's a combination of vitamins, shea butter and what do ya know? Marshmallow extract. All of the hand creme's ingredients are paraben free. You won't find any nasty chemicals or strange names in the list, only natural healthy and delicious things make up this lotion.

It's a big deal that I'm in love with any coconut product! I can't stand the smell, taste of anything even related to a coconut. But I absolutely fell in love with the Desserted Island scent. It's tropical, yet sugary. It's now found a permanent home in my handbag.

Should you indulge in Cake Beauty? Absolutely! I'm looking forward to purchasing the gift sets they carry along with more of their lotions and cremes. You can find Cake Beauty on Facebook and Twitter too! Find you local Cake retailer here. I'm recommending everyone try Cake Beauty at least once, I'm pretty sure you'll fall in love!
