Have you tried SteamCream? Review & Pics

SteamCream is a deep acting vegan and freshly handmade moisturiser that's safe and effective on all skin types; even sensitive faces benefit from its calming ingredients. And it's such good value, you can afford to lavish it on your hands and body. If you've been looking for an answer to your dry skin prayers, then this is the miracle you've been looking for. Adorable packaging + hydrating skin care? Sooo thrilled I found SteamCream

So why the name? They actually use hot steam pressure to create the cream. Their ingredients include oatmeal, almond oil, organic jojoba oil and lavender oil, which all work together to soften the outer layer of the skin and hydrate the deeper ones.

How the steam process works.

The power and energy produced by bubbling steam melts and fuses the ingredients together at a speed that defies most traditional cream-making methods.

The force and intensity allow the ingredients to emulsify instantly, producing this beautifully textured light and glossy cream.

The emulsion is held together very loosely and gently, allowing the cream to break down immediately on contact with the skin for maximum benefit.

Part of the allure of SteamCream is the beautiful packaging. It's what caught my eye right away. The Cream comes housed in a cute little tin, each with a different theme. The size and package is perfect for travel and on the go use. These make for adorable collectables, and the one I tried was Alice, which is themed from Alice in Wonderland. These just scream adorable!

SteamCream is extremely hydrating and perfect for dry skin patches or even itchy skin. I'm always itching my arms and legs due to horrible allergies, which gives me redness and patchy spots. It not only moisturizes, but gets rid of the itch. Major plus! SteamCream is thick and goopy, in a good way! The smell is strong, but I can't put my finger on what the scent is. It's similar to Lush's Dream Cream, it's a medicine scent, something herbal.

SteamCream is constantly updating their designs, so check back often for new products. I plan on collecting the cute little tins and maybe using them for other things. You can purchase SteamCream on their website for $18.00 for 2.6 oz. Also find them on Facebook and Twitter.

  1. Wow that seems awesome! I have very sensitive skin and I am always looking for something natural to use for moisturizer. I can't handle all the chemicals in regular ones. Thanks for sharing.
