I'm not quite sure why or how the vibrating helps plump, but ok, it's something different, so I got a bit excited! The taste and scent is a bit medicine like with a hint of peppermint , so it wasn't anything I wanted to lick off. The instructions also tell you to wait 5-10 minutes for results to kick in. My lips started to feel tingly, and they did FEEL plumper, but I've been tricked often by that feeling.

(Before, After)

After 10 minutes, I don't think I saw a difference, but my lips feel much more moisturized and healthy. So I will continue to use it, because I like the idea of the vibrating lip balm, and I like how it moisturizes and hydrates. But as far as plumping? Maybe a little, but it's not enough for me to tell. You can purchase the Lips to Love at AminoGenesis for the special price of $49.99. The normal price is $54.95 which seems pretty high, but if you're looking for plumper lips, it's always worth a try. I'm sure the effects are different for different people.
Have you tried a lip plumper that has worked for you? I rated this the way I did because I like the concept and I like how it makes my lips feel. Overall, pretty nifty little invention.
