9 out of 10 make-up artists would recommend gloss balm to clients for a sheer color with a non-sticky, lightweight feel.

The Covergirl NatureLuxe Foundation came in Shade 350, a bit too dark for me. However the formula is a nice sheer coverage that goes on smooth. I got a good amount of wear out of it, probably about 6-7 hours. Not as much as I had hoped, but this is perfect when you want a lightweight foundation, and nothing too heavy. The downside? It doesn't cover my skin completely, in fact later in the day I found some blotchy spots that needed to be touched up. I found that using this foundation only when I had a quick trip to do like the grocery store or the gym was the best time to use this. If I had a long day trip or I was going out at night I opted for a bit heavier coverage such as my NARS foundation.

The Covergirl NaturalLuxe Gloss Balm in shade 235 is a plum color that applies lightly to your lips and has a nice taste of vanilla. It's sort of a lipstick/gloss that feels fabulous on my dry cracked lips. It leaves behind a nice sheer color that also has SPF 14 for sun protection. (So important here in Arizona!) It's a balm you can apply throughout the day, and although the wear time is about a hour and a half, (depends on what you're doing) I found myself putting this on all throughout the day, especially when I was outside or in the sun.

Buy:The New COVERGIRL NatureLuxe Collection can be found at drug stores nationwide . Would I buy this again? I think I would pass on the Silk Foundation because it just doesn't give me the full coverage I'm looking for. Not to say this isn't a good product, it just isn't for my specific skintype. If you have really great skin that doesn't need as much coverage as others, you might fall in love with the NatureLuxe Foundation. There are SO many different colors to choose from, it might be a bit mind boggling. On the other hand, the Gloss Balm is a must for me, and I will for sure be purchasing this again. I would love a more peachy pink color for Summer, and I can't wait to head on over to Walgreens and see what other color options they have.
