Fan di Fendi Perfume

Fan di Fendi is aimed at women who are "free, sensual, joyful and electrifying" . The TV commercials are going to be appearing next September, with a "hot and rock n'roll" image that is scheduled to shock.Starring Anja Rubik, Abbey Lee Kershaw and Karmen Pedaru will be art directed by Fabien Baron and photographed by Darius Khondji, while the Kills will play in the background. Personally I've never tried a Fendi fragrance, maybe it's always been a little out of price range. But now that I finally got the chance, I was super excited.

FENDI re-launches their fragrance house with Fan di Fendi. This amazing new scent is inspired by Rome and encompasses everything that Fendi is known for. From the "Forever Fendi" buckle on the bottle to the luxurious scent, this is a statement fragrance

The bottle is rectangular with the name of the perfume listed on the top and bottom of the glass. Packaging is a big thing for me, could they have done better? Yes, but I think it would still look nice on my perfume tray.

The opening note of the perfume for me was a tangerine floral. At first spray, the Fendi fragrance smells a bit strong, and I thought it was a tad overwhelming for me. But once the initial fragrance wears down, I smell mimosa and a bit of jasmine. The wear down smell also reminds me of a nice new leather, or something brand new, maybe in a department store. Is that weird? Fan di Fendi is definitely more of a musky floral smell, which is not my preference for fragrances, but somehow the scent works for me. I would consider this a stronger scent that I would probably only wear at night when I'm going somewhere nice. And one spray does the trick, a one or two more would prove to be too much for anyone in my opinion. And don't worry about it lasting, it will give you a soft floral scent for a good amount of time. I found that the more it settled on my skin, the more I liked the smell.

Pear, blackcurrant, Calabrian mandarin, pink pepper from Reunion, rose from Damascus, yellow jasmine, soft leather accents and Indonesian patchouli

I love the ad campaign. It screams glamour and fashion, why would it not? Fendi represents high fashion and beauty, so I would expect nothing less. Here is the ad featuring models Anja Rubik, Abbey Lee Kershaw and Karmen Pedaru. I love perfume ads, especially this one.

Overall I enjoyed the scent of Fan di Fendi for special occassions and going out at night. Although it is stronger then my typical perfume, it is a fabulous edition to any women's perfume collection, especially if you haven't tried out Fendi perfume in the past.
