Babyliss Pro Hair Setter Ionic 30 Roller Review

I've always struggled with curling my hair. I've went through numerous irons, and I've tried all the newest products. For some reason, I haven't been able to find the curler I've always wanted. I've also taken a couple attempts at hot rollers, although I really have had no luck. My last roller set was from Conair, and I wasn't too impressed. So now here we go again...

"The Babyliss Pro Nano Titanium 30 roller hairsetter heats up for fast to give you the style you want quickly. 30 velvety flocked rollers and color coded butterfly clips are included."

Ionic technology

Fast heat up 30 Nano Titanium rollers with stay-cool ribbed ends 6 small (¾"), 8 medium (1"), 8 large (1¼") and 8 jumbo (1½")

15 Butterfly clips with storage pouch included2 professional heat settings

The first thing I loved about the Babyliss Hair Setter Curlers is how each roller is color coordinated depending on size.  I just had a haircut so my hair is a bit short for the curlers, so I did have to use the smallest and 2nd to smallest curlers on my short layers.

The pink and the green worked best with my hair, but when my hair gets a bit longer I will be able to use the purple and blue. Aren't the colors pretty too? These are really the prettiest hot rollers I've seen, so I was happy to toss all my curlers elsewhere.

Another plus is the curlers are extremely lightweight.  They aren't heavy at all, it's almost like a feather. Of course the curlers come with the butterfly clips, which makes keeping the rollers in your hair super easy. There are two different settings for the curlers, High & Low. I would have liked a "Medium" but I was willing to look past it. I found that when the curlers were on "low" it took quite a long time to heat up. I recommend always putting the curlers on high for the original heat up, and then maybe if you're going to walk away for a bit, then put the curlers on low.

I do like that the buttons are extremely easy to work, very straight forward.  As you can see from the above pic.

So I realized after leaving the curlers in my hair for about 15 minutes it wasn't long enough, ( have extremely thick hair) so I left them in for a total of 25 minutes while I applied my makeup. This worked out much better and left my hair with a nice bouncy curl.

Overall, I really like the curlers, and I will continue to use them in the future. I love how lightweight they are, how they color coordinate depending on size, and how they don't appear to damage my hair. If I had to say what I don't like about the curlers, I would say I wish they heated up a bit faster. But let's face it, hot rollers are much easier to use then a curling iron, so I recommend just throwing these in your hair, going to some chores, (or in my case your makeup) and then just taking them out right before you leave, throw on some hair spray and you're good to go!

The Babyliss Pro Hair Setter Ionic 30 Roller Curlers are available online at Image Beauty  for the sale price of $79.99 (Regular price is $200)  You can also find many other beauty supplies on their site as well.

Here's me and my Bella after curling my hair with the curlers. Very bouncy and it doesn't look frizzy or weighed down.
