Pacifica Island Vanilla Perfume Review

Inspired by the unique magic of Tahitian vanilla, Pacifica's new Island Vanilla Scent is a  sensual blend sets sweet and sultry vanilla absolute, with honey-jasmine notes and a touch of fruitiness, against a deep and beautiful base of tea.  Sun kissed and grown in the black island soil, this scent is like other Pacifica fragrances because it's tropical and sweet, although this one has a bit of a musk to it.

There is a hint of floral, although it's very light.  It's more of a sweet scent  along with a darker vanilla. It's unlike any other Pacifica fragrance I've smelled, usually they are a bit more fruity.

It’s formulated without parabens, sulfates, synthetic dyes, petrochemicals, phthalates, GMOs or triclosan
It doesn’t contain any animal-derived ingredients

“Fun, fresh and fantastic, Pacifica Spray Perfume is made with natural, pure grain alcohol (corn-sourced and gluten-free) and Pacifica’s signature perfume blends with essential and natural oils. Icy and mysterious in Island Vanilla, it’s sexy, easy to wear and lovely to layer". I think "sexy" is the best way to explain this scent. I'm really liking it, although I don't think any Pacifica scent will ever compare to Brazilian Mango Grapefruit. (LOVE that one)

I really enjoy the roll on perfume because it fits easily in your purse or pocket, and won't spill or get all over your clothes. Love roller ball perfumes because they can be applied all throughout the day!

Pacifica's Island Vanilla is available in roll on form ($12), Spray Perfume, ($22) and Body Butter ($18) and can be purchased exclusively at Sephora.

  1. I love their perfumes. My favorites are the Tuscan Blood Orange Waikiki :)
