Get Ready for Summer with Mama Mio's Bootcamp for Butts

 
 
 



Summer is here girls and it's time to get our butts in shape for swim suit season! Mama Mio has been my lifesaver for my entire pregnancy. (First and second) Their famous strech mark cream has been used by many celebs, and it's  my favorite product in their line up. People like Kourtney Kardashian live for Mama Mio.

 
 
 
So you see I'm not the only Courtney loving Mama Mio. I was excited to try out the Bootcamp for Butts box set. ($99)

Instructions:
 
 
 
Step 1 (once a day) Your 4 minute exercise programme. Follow the instructions card for two no-nonsense exercises: The Butt Raise & The Doggy.

Step 2 (once a day) Mama Mio Body Brush with Greatness...takes 30 seconds but yields big long lasting results. Brushing will stimulate circulation, exfoliating dead skin to encourage cell regeneration, and encourages lymph drainage.

Step 3 (once a day) Skin Tight Toning Serum - Apply to fronts and backs of thighs and bottom; two pumps will be enough. Skin tight effect the visual effect on the surface texture of your skin, smoothing, softening and plumping. Think Juicy grape not wrinkly raisin.

Step 4 (once a day) Shrink To Fit hip & thigh cellulite cream - Massage into thighs and bottoms for at least 20 seconds each side. This product is thick so you really need to massage it in vigorously. That effort is essential and helps break down the clumps even quicker. You need two pumps for each leg and butt cheek; four pumps in total. If you stick with this dosage you will have ample for the 30 days
 
 
I'm loving the Bootcamp for my Butt because after 2 weeks of use you will notice less dimpling on your legs and butt as long as you stick with the above instructions.  It will give you that extra jump of confidence you need while rocking a bikini or bathing suit this summer.
