3 Great Glosses That Won't Glue Your Lips Together

Ask anyone that knows me and they will tell you my cosmetics collection has grown to ridiculous proportions.  One of my biggest vices is lip products, be they balms, stains or glosses. Man, do I love me a good gloss. There’s this one little thing about lip glosses that really irks me, though. Why do they have to be so damn sticky?
After years of peeling my hair off my lips every time the wind blew, I decided to go on a one woman search for the non-stickiest gloss out there. Here are my winners:

NARS Lip Gloss -- $25

I’ll start by saying that none of the glosses on this list are under $25. I know it sucks, believe me, I’m as cheap as cheap can be, but sometimes you have to shell out money for the best product.
I picked up NARS on the word of a good friend and I wasn’t disappointed. This ultra-smooth and seriously shiny gloss comes in sheer, semi-sheer and creamy formulas. It’s also loaded with Vitamin E, leaving your lips soft and moisturized.
Pros: Long Lasting, 38 Shades, Variety of Finishes, Moisturizing
Cons: Strong Smell

Colorscience Pro Sunforgettable Lip Shine SPF 35 -- $25

I have quite a few Colorscience products that I love, so when I saw they had a lip gloss I immediately bought it without reading any reviews. I wasn’t let down at all by this high quality, high shine gloss.
If the chemical and dye free formula isn’t enough to win you over, consider the fact that offers SPF 35 sun protection. Oh yeah, it also prevents dry, chapped lips. Easily my favorite lip gloss ever!
Pros: Long Lasting, UVA & UVB Protection, Moisturizing, Chemical & Dye Free, Spearmint Smell
Cons: Only 5 Shades

Dior Addict Ultra Gloss -- $29.50

A lightweight formula is essential when it comes to lip products and Dior delivers with their aptly named Addict gloss. It may have just been in my head, but my lips felt smoother while wearing it. The colors are extremely lush and full of pigment, with a gorgeous finish.
Pros: 24 Shades, Very Shimmery, Moisturizing, Tasteless, Nice Packaging
Cons: Needs Frequent Application
Despite having found only three brands that I truly love, my lip gloss collection has now grown to a staggering 48 shades thanks to the variety of colors offered by NARS and Dior. I think I need professional help.
