Amazing ways to Use Coconut Oil

I recently came across a bottle of coconut oil in my kitchen, and I looked at it and wondered why I had it. I then gave it away to a friend thinking nothing of it. It wasn't till later I realized how coconut oil is like gold to some people Mostly because of all it's uses. So if you're wondering what it really is it is the latest fad literally some have said it cures cancer, AIDS and many other kinds of disease. The US Government says you should still limit your consumption of the oil because they really aren't sure about the statistics of this oil, "curing diseases" But hey, for me it's worth a try.

Isn't that crazy amazing? I like the idea of using it for tanning and energy.  Me and & Mila had a "Mommy and Mila" day and had a lot of fun with some friends. We tried Coconut Oil a couple different ways. Mila said she had an ear ache so we rubbed a tab bit oil on her Lil ears. It also worked as a great chapstick on our lips.

After I had my hair done today by  my amazing friend Amanda, I applied Coconut Oil to the ends of my hair. It really does work great for split ends. It kept my hair soft and shiny. How do I look?

Just a little clip of our day using Coconut Oi. Mila seemed to feel a little bit better since she was cruising in the Jeep with her little boyfriend. Isn't he cute?

Did you know celeb Gwyneth Paltrow  swishes Coconut Oil in her mouth like mouthwash every day? It's supposed to be great for your oral health, and it whitens your teeth. Not sure how I feel about this, I couldn't bring myself to put the Coconut Oil in my mouth, but I'm really considering trying this celebrity fad.  We all know Gwyneth Paltrow is way into eating organic and strange weird other things, but this? Well, maybe it has truth to it? Should I try it?

And after all the fun, someone was a little tired. Have you ever used Coconut Oil? Would love to know your favorite way it works for you. And after learning about all the uses, I really do believe every person should have a tub of this in their house. I think a better question is what doesn't this stuff  do. And no I wasn't sent any free Coconut Oil, but if someone wants to send me a freebie go right ahead. This is something I research on my own and found extremely fascinating.

Good night beauties! xoxo
