Treat & Conceal comes in three different colors, Light, Light/Medium and Medium. I ended up with "Medium" which was too dark for me, I'm more of a "light" color. What I really liked about the concealer was that it really hydated my skin. A lot of times concealer can be drying and can actually make you look older then you are. It really covered up my imperfections, but make sure you get the right color. Concealer can go completely wrong if you don't match it perfectly.

So the shade is a bit dark, but the formula and texture is silky and light. I think this concealer would work best with dry or normal skin types. Oily skin types might have a bit of a problem. You can see some before and after pictures here.

Overall, it's a good product, you get a good amount for $36. I don't love it as much as the original Miracle Skin Transformer (love that stuff!) but it still provides good coverage

Below freezing temperatures is never good for ANYONE'S skin. We get red

around the nose, chapped lips, and our skin becomes very dehydrated. Before

starting Parker's makeup this morning I had to take my time and replenish

the skin's moisture and nourish it with products that would last her all

day.

Today I really wanted to make sure I had Parker's skin hydrated and

protected for a full day out in the elements, and fully prepared to wear

makeup for a long day of press.

I started off by toning Parkers skin with Votre Vu’s Fleur Blanc Tonic. I used a cotton

round and moistened it with tonic and wiped it across the face and neck.

Sundance is definitely the most hectic film festival, people are usually exhausted and not getting enough sleep, I usually spend more time prepping skin than doing the actual make-up.." if you prep it right, half the work is done"

For Andrea’s red carpet look, I gently massaged Patyka’s Biokaliftin Radiant Eye Contour under the eyes. "I put a little more on than you need because skin is so thirsty in winter, it’ll drink it right up and leave perfect texture for concealer"

Some clients are oily especially on the forehead and to keep skin from being oily so they look good in photos all day, I gently apply Patyka’s Rose Face Toner, which is alcohol free, to the forehead and nose area to control the oil, but not drying you out in the cold.

Interview with Dr Singh and Teeth Whitening Tips

Do you whiten your teeth at home? Or at an office? Here are some questions answered by Dr Singh on the ups and downs of whitening your smile!

Can you provide some insight into the difference between at home whitening vs. whitening you receive from your dentist? Ie what sort of results would one expect from one vs the other? What are the dangers for each procedure? What should you be aware of?

In office teeth whitening is the most thorough and quick way of getting the teeth their whitest. It is also the safest from the stand point that a dentist would have first done an examination and made sure everything was fine for the whitening and if there is any recession of the gums, that area is protected from the whitening gel. The concentration of the gel used is also much more than what can be found in an over the counter product and for that reason the over the counter products cannot give the same level of results in that short period of time. So for people who either don't have the lifestyle to dedicate an hour or two a day with the trays or strips for a few days at a stretch (it has to be every day for a few days and not one day on and one day off) or dedication to stick with the regimen as directed on the product label or want instant results, then for those people in office an hour treatment is great. The dangers of in office as compared with take home are that bc of the higher concentration of the whitening gel used in the in-office as compared with the take home or over the counter, there is also the increased risk of sensitivity during the session which could linger for a few days after. The danger of the take home or over the counter whitening gels is that one can use too much and swallow the extra that leaks out of the tray or from the strips, no major harm unless its a tube full, just unpleasant tasting.

What are the biggest mistakes people make when whitening teeth at home?

They tend to use too much material in the tray where the extra material leaks out of the tray and they swallow it. People also tend not to pay strict attention to the directions and either don't use it for the appropriate amount of time or not regularly enough. Also people tend to continue with the habits that cause staining to develop, countering the effects of the whitening on a daily basis.

What the most popular at home whitening kits and why? Which do you think are the best, safest, most effective?

Crest whitestrips and rembrandt are the most popular and that is only bc of the consistant branding and marketing of the product, in my opinion, they are no more or less effective than some other commercially available products with similar concentrations and duration of use.

It's really hard for me to state one products superiority over the others because they all accomplish the same task, perhaps one sooner than the other or one less expensive than the others.

Valentine's Day is coming! One of my favorite holidays! Time to pucker up and get some plumping lip gloss. If you're anything like me, you know that most plumping products on the market don't work. Yes they make your lips feel fuller for a bit, but they don't really do the trick. I almost gave up on finding an amazing plumping gloss. Till now.

First off, I love the name. Soap & Glory's Sexy Mother Pucker (cute right?) is a lipgloss meant to do all the typical things a lip gloss does, except not only does it shine and color- it plumps and volumizes your puckers. So today we put it to the test. Does it work?

The Sexy Mother Pucker Gloss comes in many different colors names. I tested out the Baby Doll ( a clear gloss with a pink tint) and the Yummy Plus (a red gloss) Both came in super cute packages, (as Soap & Glory always does) and at first glance it appears like a normal lip gloss.

For $15 a pop you get .23 FL Oz, seems kinda pricey at first. But the first time you apply you will realize this is well worth the price. The very first thing I noticed, other then the super cute name is the taste. Wow! I've never tasted a gloss like this. The perfect way to explain it is a tootsie pop. The Baby Doll Gloss which is clear with a tiny bit of microshimmer tastes exactly like the yummy candy pop you used to eat when you were young. You know, "How many licks does it take till you get to the center?" So delicious! I wanted to lick it all off!

The next thing you will notice is the tingling sensation. And when I say this stuff tingles, it TINGLES! I could feel my lips quivering and I was wondering if anyone else noticed when I applied this stuff. Wow. Think of your favorite lip plumper and how it tingles, then multiply it by ten. That's how Sexy Mother Pucker feels. I felt it for about a good 5 minutes till it died down a bit.

Out of the two color I had a hard time deciding which one was my favorite. They are complete opposites. Baby Doll is clear with a hint of shimmer. Plum is a gorgeous dark color almost a red that tastes like a chocolate Tootsie Roll. They are both beautiful shades, taste yummy and yes they do plump your lips. The texture is not sticky and the color will last a good 45-minutes to a hour depending on how much you have to lick right off!

My lips are Plump and I love it! So when you ask does Sexy Mother Pucker work I will say instead of yes, Hell Yes! (I think my language is appropriate for this specific posting!) :) I have nothing bad to say about this lip gloss, and Soap & Glory proves themselves worthy with this product. I am truly in love. So if $15 seems a bit steep, it really isn't. It's well worth the price tag.

I actually found myself not needing as much foundation as usual because my skin looked much healthier. I usually apply a tinted moisturizer under my NARS foundation, but no longer. The fact that this is a vegan product is also an added plus. All natural is always the way to go with skin care.

The River Veda Rivival Eye Cream with Rose Attar and Shatavari is formulated to help prevent the signs of aging around the delicate area of the eyes. Carefully formulated with select supercritically extracted herbs and oils, Revival Eye Cream helps to decrease puffiness and dark circles around the eyes and minimize the appearance of fine lines.

I tried this cream for one week and so far no drastic results, but I do like the consistency and the thickness. I do notice a slight difference in my dark circles under my eyes, and I look more refreshed and awake. One of the key ingredients is Amla/Indian Gooseberry which I've talked about in the past. It is one of the best Ayurvedic herbs to treat skin inflammation and allergies, encouraging healthy balanced skin. Extremely high in Vitamin C its is a powerful anti-oxidant and free radical scavenger. It can be very useful in restoring a smooth surface to skin and balancing skin tone, sebum production and surface oil. Vitamin C is an essential nutrient for the formation of collagen, the fibrous protein that contributes to skin firmness.

I find that patting the cream around the eye instead of rubbing it in makes the results much better in the long run. I will continue to use this cream in hopes that my crow's feet will start to fade and the skin around my eyes will firm up. But for now, I'm happy with the darkness under my eyes diminishing.

Overall, I found that River Veda is a great Vegan company with all natural ingredients. In the past I've found that many all natural skin care companies are less effective then others, but River Veda proves my theory wrong. If you are have dry skin and are looking for a way to replenish and moisturize, River Veda is an affordable natural way to get a brighter beautiful face.

So addicted to LUSH lately! This week I'm loving Lush's Vanilla Dee-Lite. Delightfully soothing, creamily smoothing, vanilla lotion for body and hands! With natural coconut and illipe butters and vitamin-packed, fresh kiwi fruit! Made with lovely light oils and butters including Hawaiian tamanu and monoi – organic coconut water and Simon’s Vanilla Fountain scent! Use it to make your skin soft!

I'm not a huge fan of Lush's Gorilla Perfume because the scents are a bit too strong for me, however Vanilla Dee-Lite has vanilla mixed with jasmine and I catch a hint of their Gorilla perfume somewhere in the middle, but surprisingly it works! The combination of the Jasmine and Vanilla along with Kiwi leave my skin feeling so soft and delicious smelling.

The scent lasts quite a however the cream is silky and moisturizing and won't dry out. It's not greasy or oily. It has a soy like smell to it, but surprise surprise I love it!

If you think I've been talking about Lush's products a lot lately, well you better get used to it, because I'm obsessed! If you know anything about the company you know all their products are made with natural healthy ingredients, and everything is extremely unique. You won't find scents like the ones Lush creates anywhere else. I wish there was a Lush closer to me!

Vanilla Dee-Lite sells for $26.95 for a 8.45 ounce bottle. That may make you turn your head the other way, except you have to keep in mind this is similar to a perfumed lotion and jasmine plus the quality ingredients are not cheap. I think the price is worth every penny. I think I will be using this as a layer underneath my normal perfume, or I might just wear the Dee-Lite alone as an all day scent. This one makes the perfect day time after the shower smell.

Ever since I found the "Brazilian Blowout" treatment I've been hooked. I have extremely wavy and frizzy hair that is usually unruly and hard to maintain. For the last couple years I've been using Coppola Smoothing Products to straighten my hair and smooth it out. The process keeps your hair straight and smooth for at least 3 months.

Here's how it works:

Pre-Treatment Shampoo - cleanse hair with GLOSS Moderne Pre-Treatment Shampoo formulated to remove all residue and prepare hair for treatment. Repeat as needed until hair is thoroughly clean (shampoo a minimum of 2 to 3 times for best results).

Towel Dry the Hair - Towel blot hair very well. Hair should be damp.

Section the Hair - Divide the hair into four sections.

Apply Gloss Extreme - For 32 oz. bottles, use approximately 2 pumps for shoulder length hair, 4 pumps for medium length hair, and 6 pumps for long or extremely difficult hair. Using one to two inch sections, apply the Gloss Extreme one inch off the scalp. After the product has been evenly distributed, comb through hair very thoroughly, pulling solution from root to end for at least 4-5 minutes.

Dry the Hair - Blow-dry the hair with good tension using a round or paddle brush until 100% dry. Must perform proper blow-dry for best results (Do NOT simply rough dry as you must use proper tension for maximum results).

Flat Iron the Hair - Flat iron the hair taking 1 inch sections using a professional flat iron set between 380 - 400 degrees. Pass the flat iron over each section 3-5 times depending on desired results. (3 times to remove the frizz and maintain body, 4 to 5 times for most clients, or 6 to 7 times for the straightest results). Trim hair by "dusting" ends (optional but recommended).

Rinse the Hair - Rinse hair thoroughly depending on hair length and thickness.

After-Treatment Masque - Apply GLOSS Moderne After-Treatment Masque. Leave in for 5 minutes. Rinse.

High-Gloss Serum - Apply a small amount of GLOSS Moderne High-Gloss Serum staring at the ends. Blow-dry and style

The main reason I've used Keratin treatments in the past is to straighten my hair. So after doing all the above steps I realized it does exactly what it says it does. BUT- it does not straighten! My hair was smoother, easier to maintain and there was a huge difference in the amount of frizz in my hair. But I still had to flat iron. This was a major dissapointment. So does it do what it SAYS it's supposed to do? Yes. But let's face it, if I'm going to pay $300 (which is the price of the trial kit) I want my hair to be smoother and straight on it's own.

I would recommend the Gloss Moderne Gloss to someone who already has straight hair, just a lot of frizz or someone that is not interested in having their hair stay straight with a Keratin Treatment. Personally for me, I like Keratin treatments for the glossing effect and the straightening. Overall this is a good product and does smooth nicely, however I don't think I would pay the high price tag. I think there are alternative hair care products that will do the same thing at the fraction of the cost.

Have you ever tried yes to Carrots products? I've purchased them at my local Walgreens, and they are one of my favorite drugstore skincare brands. Actually, they are probably my favorite. If you're looking for affordable skin care at a fraction of the cost, Yes to Carrots is a great option. Their products vary from moisturizer to eye cream to my favorite, the Facial Towlettes. Recently I also discovered Yes to Carrots Blueberry line. A line containing the same products as the cucumber and carrot line, but in blueberry! yum! Everytime I use Yes to Carrots I always get hungry! If you're new to Yes to Carrots, their products are completely paraben, petroleum free. Along with all the other yucky things that some skin care companies stick in their skincare. The Carrot Line focuses on nourishing your skin and hair. If you have dry hair or skin, (like me) and need a bit of moisture, the carrot section is your go to. Although I love the blueberry and cucumber, I always go back to the carrots for a moisture boost. The Cucumber line focuses on sensitive and color treated hair. If you have skin that is easily irritated or color in your hair, the Cucumber section is for you. Plus it smells amazing. Yes to Tomatoes is meant to clear your skin, or if you have acne, the Tomatoes will be for you. I've personally never tried this section because my skin is usually safe from breakouts. (Crossing my fingers) And of course the Blueberry line is for older folks, or younger people looking for anti aging skin care. It will improve firmness and diminish fine lines. Many people will probably decide this is the best option for them, because anti aging products seem to be the most popular nowadays. So a quick breakdown of the products I tried from the different lines.. ( I did not test the Tomatoe)

Yes To Blueberries Brightening Eye Roller contains a light, refreshing serum applied under the eyes and around the orbital bone using circular motions to brighten, refresh, and reduce dark circles. I would say this product is strictly for people dealing with dark circles under their eyes, or maybe if you didn't get enough sleep the day before. And for $19.99 this is a steal.

My favorite product out of the group is the Cucumber Facial Towlettes. Whether you're out and about, going for a run, or having a late night, these towelettes make it a snap to refresh on-the-go. Stay gorgeous, and go from zero to clean in seconds I have always been a fan of facial towlettes, the hard part is finding the best bang for your buck. Towlettes can typically be expensive and not worth it if you don't find the right ones for your skin type. The Cucumber Facial Towlettes work for all types of skin including sensitive. I personally like them for taking off my makeup at night time, but of course they can be used at the gym, or whenever you need a refresher for your face. They sell for 30 for $5.99 much more affordable then my favorite wipes, the Ole Henriksens which sell for about 30 bucks for 30 dollars. I would say these are just as great, and do the job just fine. You won't find better facial wipes for less.

Yes To Cucumbers Hypoallergenic Moisturizer with SPF-30 is dermatologist tested and formulated with Organic Cucumber to calm rattled skin, as well as Sweet Almond Oil and Aloe to add a healthy glow. You want to start taking care of yourself and looking as beautiful as you deserve to. So, what do you need to pick up and have on hand to start your little home salon?

Tweezers

I know it seems silly but you wouldn’t believe how many houses I have been in where there wasn’t a set of tweezers to be found. Not only are these the ultimate when it comes to shaping eyebrows and getting rid of stray hairs, but they are also a first aid kit essential. You don’t need to throw on a pair of scrubs and start training as a nurse but a first aid kit is good to have around. Make sure that you get a good set of tweezers. I suggest a few pairs. You want one with a precision point, very sharp, to do fine detail work. You’ll also want a set with a broad gripping surface. Make sure that they close tightly and have a good spring action.

Get some scrubs

I know I was joking about scrub pants earlier but they are really a good thing to have around if you plan on doing a lot of makeup work or dying your own hair. They are cheap, washable and easily disposable so you don’t care if anything gets on them. A basic set of nursing scrubs is comfortable and great to have on when working with anything that could stain or if you are going pro and working with an airbrush. Even loose powder will get all over you if you are using it right so wear some scrubs to stay decent while getting ready.

A good set of brushes

You don’t need to buy out the store but if you have a small angled brush, a large powder brush and a medium round brush you should be able to get by just fine. If you plan to do any more elaborate designs then I suggest picking up the right brush for the job but they get expensive really fast. I know some people that even have a brush for every color type. Very useful but a little overboard and hard to keep track of.

3. NeuLash Price? About $150. NeuLash can be bought at Neiman Marcus and on their site, works awesome! Is this one was $50 I would have ranked #1. The price is way too steep for me, but the results are awesome.

4. Peter Thomas Roth- Lashes to Die For- Will lengthen and and increase eyelash length, but a little bit slower then other brands. Price- about $120

5. DuLash- Price $120- This is a so-so product. A little expensive for what you're getting.

4. TriLash- Price? About $40. Works pretty good. One of the newer conditioners on the market.

5. EnvyDerm- Didn't see much results with this. I'm thinking maybe it takes a little longer then the average. Oh well, I didn't have the patience.

6. Lash 28 Price? Bout $80 bucks- This one was a little clumpy on my lashes and I saw no result after 30 days.

And the worst of the worst? Nutraluxe Eyelash Growth.. (made my eyes completely red, irritated and flaky) Stopped using after 1 day!

Lush Latte Lip Tint Review

I love Lush! Their products are vegan and most are to die for! I'm a huge fan of their bubblegum lip scrub and their sugar candy perfume is my favorite. Some of Lush's scents are a bit too strong for me so I was curious about their new Latte Lip Tint. Would it be like coffee on my lips? Or something else? I love me a good latte, so I had to try it. The thing with coffee beauty products, it could go terribly wrong. You never know with Lush! Either way, they always keep me trying their products, just because the smells and tastes are always so different from your typical beauty company. Regardless of taste and scent, their body products always leave my skin feeling great.

Of course I love the cute little tins that Lush lip products come in. They are so small and easy to travel with. They fit right into my pocket or pocket of my purse. The color of this gloss is shiny and bronze which was much different then my other tints in my stash. Really, what is a tint? It's not a gloss, it's more of a lipstick with a hint of shine and maybe some gloss. This however has no gloss, it's much more lipstick like. The color it brings to my lips is absolutely gorgeous. Almost like a penny, this bronze shiny color looks fabulous, especially for lighter skinned folks such as myself. Darker skin tones might not enjoy the color because of its bronzy finish.

Isn't it pretty? I just want to eat it! The taste is so-so but that's a good thing, I won't be licking it off my lips all day! It's a bit "waxy" and a bit "latte" The bad part? It's a little bit drying. If you already have dry cracked lips, I wouldn't recommend putting the latte tint on top of your already parched lips because you will feel sooo dry and uncomfortable. I would say you're better off putting on a gloss or chapstick then applying the latte tint.

My favorite part about Lush's new creation is the color and shade the color leaves on my lips. And it stays on for a while. I would call this lipstick in a tin! If you're looking for a gorgeous bronze color with tons of micro shimmer try Lush Latte Lip Tint. I've saving mine for the summer when my lips are much more moisturized. My lips are waaay too chapped right now to consider using a lip tint. But I'm still loving it.Are you a lip tint junkie? I guarantee you have nothing like this in your collection.

Nutra Luxe Lash Beauty Eyelash Conditioner is the newest eyelash extender I have tried out. I have tried almost every single one on the market, so I'm adding this one to the list.

Nutra Luxe claims to "Rejuvenate your eye lashes and eye brows. Improve the appearance of your natural eyelashes in fullness, length, and thickness. In only 4-6 weeks your eyelashes will appear to be 30% to 50% longer and fuller. Simply use like an eyeliner. "

It was appealing to me because the price is only $35 on Amazon, which is much cheaper then other eyelash treatments. Now that I'm no longer pregnant, or nursing I can finally use eyelash growth again. .(Since most advise you cannot use if you are nursing, pregnant or undergoing chemotherapy)

I have only been using the eyelash growth for one day, and sadly I had to stop. My eyes are not sensitive, and I've never had a problem with this type of product, however I woke up this morning with my eyes completely bloodshot, itchy and dry. The part that is most disturbing is how blood shot and red my eyes are, mostly around my eyelids. After checking out other's reviews on Amazon, I saw other people have a similar problem after using this product. Therefore Im giving this one a F for failure! Hopefully my eye gets better soon!

These type of companies are becoming more and more popular, and I have to admit I love them!

Usually it takes your showroom 24-48 hours to be ready, however mine only took about 2 hours. Every item is only $39.95 every month, no matter what. And what girl doesn't love opening a new box of lingerie?

I opted for the simple basic Patreice, (seen below) It's lace and casual enough to wear under any outfit. Did I mention shipping is always free? so you don't have to worry about another cost on top of the monthly charge. The lingerie comes in a beautiful box with pink tissue paper. Let's say you don't want lingerie that month.. you could always order it and use it as a gift!

I was surprised at the high quality of the bra and panty set. I was skeptical at first thinking the material wouldn't be as nice as my favorite brands, like victoria's secret and fredericks. But the quality is just as nice if not better. I love the bra, it has a tiny bit of padding, but not too much, and it's extremely comfortable.

My skin has been very "dull" lately, and just today my boyfriend noticed a new line on my face. (Gee thanks!) So as soon as I got home, I used the Extra Strength Peel, and immediatly I saw results. My skin was automatically brightened and the oily spot around my forehead was corrected. I see this being an effective product for acne prone skin and oily skin tones.

Even the best of skin types could benefit from the Alpha Beta Peel. Everyone can use a little brightening, and I noticed my forehead felt much tighter after using the peel. If you have large pores, you MUST try this product. Nothing will work better and harder on a clogged face.

The Dr Gross Extra Strength Peel is Paraben, Sulfate and Phthalate free as well as vegan and cruelty free. I should also mention that in studies 96% of users reported that their skin looked more youthful and glowing. As long as I can remember my favorite mascara has always been L'Oreal. Their Voluminous Volume Black as Black makes my lashes look super long, and dare I say fake! Finding a good mascara is HARD work! It's not like finding a good lipstick or foundation. There are so many duds out there, you really have to research to find out which ones are the best. Are you looking for volume? Lenghth? Waterproof? All of the above? So many factors to finding a good one. So now L'Oreal has came out with a new mascara, I'm super excited about it!

Price? Only $8.95 That is the first plus. Very affordable. I applied two coats of the mascara, starting at the bottom of course and working my way to the end of my lashes. I first noticed that my lashes were separated nicely. They weren't clumping together. It also lengthened my lashes almost immediately with only one coat, without having to put an extra coat on. As far as volume, I saw a bit of a change but nothing drastic. I was most impressed with the way it separated my lashes, so they didn't stick together. Nothing bothers me more in a mascara then when it looks like I have 3 thick lashes, because it's so STICKY! L'Oreal mascara never does this, maybe that's why their brand remains my favorite.

Please excuse my eyebrows which are in need of a plucking. If you notice, my bottom lashes are completely separated, and there's not mess below my eyes on my skin where mascara tends to rub off. This stuff stays on your lashes and won't wipe off or start to stray towards the end of the day. It lasts. Another major plus. I can honestly say I've spent $20, $30 and more on mascaras that didn't work nearly as well as this one.

Once again, I've fallen in love with theBalm packaging! The other day I reviewed Frat Boy, well now I have Betty Lou Manizer for you. A unique bronzer/luminizer in an adorable tin. This is a very shimmery bronzer that I can't imagine using on my eyes, but on my cheeks only. I love the silky smooth texture of the product and it won't look powdery. Of course it contains a nice mirror too. I can't stand when blushes or bronzers don't contain a mirror.

What it is described as:

A silky smooth pressed powder that can be used as a bronzer, eye shadow, and all-over shimmer.

What it does:

This all-in-one bronzer, shadow, and shimmer uses mica to diffuse light so your skin looks softer and younger while adding subtle warmth. The oil-free formula can be layered on your lids for a luxe look, swept on your cheeks for a radiant glow, or used as an all-over finish before heading out for the night.

Tons of shimmer, you can see the color on my skin is much different then your typical bronzer. I think Betty Lou would look much better on a darker skin tone though, if you use too much and have a fair skin tone, (like myself) you might get an orange fake look.

But just the right amount will leave a nice glow on your face, and I always like to add bronzer around my forehead and neck. So I can see this pot lasting a long long time, because unlike a lot of bronzers in my collection, a little goes a long way. I really should stop calling this a bronzer because it's more of a luminizer and shouldn't be used in the same ways a bronzer should. I would recommend using a tiny amount of this, just to create a little more of a glowing effect. I can't wait to get a great tan again, so Betty Lou will look fabulous!

Ok can I just say I'm loving the packaging of the Balm's Frat Boy? the Balm has always been one of my favorite make up brands, maybe for their clever packaging and cute slogans. Frat Boy features a football player with his girlfriend, looking like he just won the high school football game. Just a guess of course!

So what exactly is Frat Boy? It's a gorgeous pink powder that works as both an eyeshadow and a blush. This velvety smooth, peachy-apricot shadow/blush adds the perfect amount of color for a foxy flush so you look stellar around the clock. Frat Boy™ leaves you with a face that's pretty and polished. When you can't keep the boys away, blame it on the blush.

I've never been much of a "frat boy" fan I was never really into the jockey type but hey this might be opening my eyes a bit! The color in this palette is absolutely gorgeous, especially if you're a fan of pretty pinks. Comes with a nice mirror in a little cardboard box, this packaging is simply adorable. I'm so happy I can now add it to my collection. Almost too pretty to use! I'm always a sucker for cute packaging, and the balm sucks me in every time. I really don't think any company does cute makeup slogans like the Balm does.

The color in the palette reminds me a bit of Benefit's Bamba Blush . It's a peach with a gorgeous matte pink. It has a hint of sparkle, but not too much to where it's overwhelming. This is a simple easy blush that can work with any skin tone. I am so loving the peachy color. If you don't like shimmer in your blush, this might not be for you. But thankfully for me, I'm a shimmer a holic! I love this color for both Winter and Summer.

Everyone already knows I'm a HUGE fan of Perricone, they might be my favorite go to brand. I finally got the check out Gwyneth Paltrow's favorite, the No Foundation Foundation. It's an oil free foundation that is supposed to make you look nice and natural without that horrible "foundation" look.

It only comes in one color, and it's extremely creamy and light. It blends into your natural skin color to create a nice glow and cover up imperfections. It will then dry to a matte finish, leaving you looking just as nice as if if you were wearing a regular foundation.

Instantly reduces the appearance of wrinkles, lines and pores.

Provides non-chemical SPF 30 broad spectrum UV protection.

Corrects skin undertones.

Quick-absorbing.

Moisturizes. Skin appears smooth and naturally dewy.

So here are my before and after pics, I have NO other makeup on. The first is one side of my face, and then the other side with the no foundation on. You can see it got rid of all my little freckles. At first, if not applied correctly it can show up as greasy, so you have to make sure you rub it in well, and probably use some type of powder afterwards. I really don't feel this is a "foundation" as much as it is a tinted moisturizer. I love the effects it did for my skin, getting rid of the dryness, however after a couple hours, my imperfections started to show through. I think Perricone No Foundation Foundation is suited for people with really great skin that don't have many flaws. (Like Gwyneth Paltrow of course!) Other then that, people with lots of freckles and a big pimple on the side of their face, (ME!) need something a bit stronger. I will continue to use this as a moisturizer before my foundation, or maybe before I go somewhere like the gym, but for going out at night, I think I need a bit more coverage. Perricone's No Foundation Foundation is available at Perricone's website for $50.

I really enjoy the roll on perfume because it fits easily in your purse or pocket, and won't spill or get all over your clothes. Love roller ball perfumes because they can be applied all throughout the day!
